Hello,

I have been a pc user my entire life and last month decided to purchase an iMac. I am COMPLETELY satisfied and will never purchase another pc again. The only problem that my wife and I encounter is for example we are on a web page usually filling out a form and if the mouse is moved a certain way the screen shifts to the right and disappears!! What causes this and more importantly how can we stop it from occurring. It gets frustrating after spending a great deal of time entering information only to have the screen disappear???

Please help.

I assume you have the Magic Mouse that came with? If you swipe across it will take you back to your previous web page. If you swipe the other way it should do the opposite. The same as the forward and back arrow buttons your probably used to using. If you don't like the feature you can turn it off in settings under the mouse icon.
