[All iPads] Gift cards

Is it possible to purchase an Apple Store gift card with money from my iTunes account? I have over $100 in my iTunes account, and it will probably take me several years to spend all of it. I'd like to take some of that money and put it towards an iPad mini.

Sell the gift card on Craigslist or plasticjungle.com

Annoyingly as I found out the other day, even when you gift someone an app it'll take the money from your credit card rather than your iTunes credit.
