i just double clicked on the home button, closed all the open apps then did a hart reset (holding down both the home and sleep button till apple logo appears) after the phone restarted, i found that the apps that i had closed before the reset were re-opened again!
any explanation why? is that normal? i have iphone 4 running ios 6.1
