Doing a presentation on the blockbuster crisis
So as topic suggests I am preparing some slides on how blockbuster went bankrupt and how it could of avoided it, however I am finding so much information on how blockbuster failed but I can't find any information on how well it was doing before Netflix came about.
Does anyone have any (or find any) key statistics on the success of blockbuster that I can use in my slides? Such as how much revenue they were generating, how many memberships they had and so forth? Thanks so much guys, appreciate it!

Could you get this from Companies House? Either that or give Bob Holness a call (depending on your age that might mean nothing to you).
Can I have a pee please Bob!

I was just looking around, and I found that the NYT has a good archive of stories on them:
http://topics.nytimes.com/top/news/b...html?s=oldest& For better results, do a custom search range in Google with their search tools, and do a range from like 1998 to 2004 or something.
