Surely only shareholders should care about this? Apple fans should be pleased that the share price is dropping?

To keep the share price going up, Apple needs to sell more more more which means diluting their product range.

Sticking to their roots of offering relatively niche products and a very small range of products would inevitably cause them to be left behind in the world of shares.

The best thing is to lock up this analysts in a prison on a remote, man-made island in the middle of the Atlantic. Deliberately make it low so that it floods over during storms,. So then if they're unlucky, they won't even have a place to sleep.
