It's very simple. I wouldn't let my child download that app in the first place.

Secondly I wouldn't watch that TV channel with my kids if they showed sex performances during the day. It's called common sense and most parents I know have it in spades.

I can control what my kids gain access to without restricting the rights of others (ie adults) to access this material if they want to.

But you are completely missing the point.
How would you stop your kids downloading an app that is NOT known to have explicit materials in it but somehow it have managed to get some? By the time you realize whats in the app, your kids have already seen it. As for the TV channel, you won't know it until it shows that "sex performance" while you are watching with your family. Of course then you will change the channel but that would be little too late.

Nudity isn't art folks. Just look at all those obscene statues in the art museums to see what I mean. Clearly those are not "art" at all, but a move by the adult industry to infiltrate every aspect of society.

In any case, this is what happens when Apple controls every aspect of your life with a mono-app store and near zero competition for iOS software distribution. It's why I don't like the App Store for OSX. The last thing we should do is encourage them to pull the plug on open software for the OSX platform.

I'm rather partial to Alessandra Ambrosio, personally. I wonder if Apple would be upset that I have four different desktop photos of her (one for each OS I'm running in VMWare plus OSX). She's not nude, but she's not wearing a whole heck of a lot either.
