Look at the thread list, at 3/4 of them are people complaining about the icon or redesigning them. More important and relevant stuff is getting lost. A dedicated sub forum will weed out the crap and let the real stuff rise to the top.

We aren't going to make a subforum just for discussion of icons. That would be adding unnecessary bloat to the forum structure for very little benefit. As mentioned, the icon discussion will subside soon enough.

What you can do in the mean time is report threads that seem to be a duplicate of existing threads and we'll look at them and either close them or merge them together in an effort to keep the forum tidy.
