Confirmed AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition Running on Mac Pro

I am not sure which Mac Pro. It is 2013 12 core 3.06 ghz 28 gigs ram. I have the diamond radeon 7970. Thanks. Sorry for ranting. Just frustrated that I saw no real gains in FCPX either.

Did you use the same type of 7970 as he did? I have been running my MSI 7970 Afterburner since March with no external power supply and it hasn't caused me a single issue (but I don't use FCP).
