Apple 27" Cinema Display and two Mac Pros

Can the target display mode allow two Mac Pros share one Cinema Display?.

Not at the same time. Move the cable between Macs as needed.

The cable from the Cinema Display is too short and it will not reach the Mac Pro on the floor. How to resolve the short cable issue?

Purchase an extension cable. Likely you can get one online or from Frys or MicroCenter.
