alternatives to Synk, sync file and folders

for years i use synk but is a long time since they release a new version, and the actual one has some problemens with mac os x versioned files and it doesen't sync them automatically i need to approve

same for eyetv files

wich alternative can i consider to sync my file and folders with my NAS (qnap) it runs rsync?

I've used Carbon Copy Cloner which creates bootable backups. Crashplan free version can create backups on NAS drives or friends' computers.

does CCC detect when folder contents change?
the very good thing of Synk is that sync changes as soon as they appen

No it does not. I noticed this app in the App Store that looks like it will do what you want? I have not used it myself though.
