[All iPads] How much to replace iPad?

The lock button on my iPhone 4 went out a few months ago and we took it to the apple store. They said it would be $150 to just get a refurb replacement, which I have come to understand is a standard price.

How much does it cost to replace an out of warranty iPad with a refurb?
