Two iTunes Libraries On One PC?

For some reason I have never done this, my parents will each have seperate ios devices this Christmas, one an iPhone the other an iPad.

They want totally seperate accounts and libraries (ther have different music tastes) but only have one laptop...

When the second device is plugged in for the first time will it give an option to set up a second library/account seperate from that one existing on the computer?

If they want 2 completely separate libraries linked to different AppleIDs then they will need separate users on the computer.

If they want to share an AppleID then you will need to just setup different playlists for them and set each of their devices to sync with only their playlist, or to be manually managed.
