Does anyone have a clue how much this setup will be in euros?

27-inch iMac with the
i7 processor
680 GMX gpu
1TB fusion drive

In dollars it's about 1999 plus 600, but from my understanding that's without taxes and such. And I don't know what the usual price conversion rate is on US Apple prices versus European.

Thanks!

Ok, did some comparisons myself and it turns out US to EURO prices (at least in Belgium), is pretty much just changing the $-symbol to €... :)

And that gets me to...

2679 euros... yikes.

If you are in Germany, don't forget the tax! This is about twice as much as the saving we should be makíng with the positive exchange rate, but added on top of the price. The beer is very good though.

A lot of speculation about prices in various countries is going on :) and thats ok, but we want know for sure until friday. I myself want to know the prices in Denmark... Anybody who know the track record for the danish bto prices?

UK Price estimates (with US prices in parentheses)

Base 21" model £1099 ($1299)
Upgrade RAM from 8GB to 16GB... £160 ($200)

High-end 21" model £1249 ($1499)
Upgrade RAM... see above
Upgrade processor to 3.1GHz quad core i7... £160 ($200)
Upgrade 1TB HDD to Fusion Drive... £200 ($250)

Base 27" model £1499 ($1799)
Upgrade RAM from 8GB to 16GB... £160 ($200)
Upgrade RAM from 8GB to 32GB... £480 ($600)
Upgrade 1TB HDD to 3TB HDD... £120 ($150)
Add Fusion to either 1TB or 3TB HDD... £200 ($250)
Replace 1TB HDD with 768GB SSD £1050 ($1300)

High-end 27" model £1699 ($1999)
All the above options for the base 27" model, plus
Upgrade processor to 3.4GHz quad-core i7... £160 ($200)
Upgrade graphics to GTX 680MX... £120 ($150)

4GB of RAM costs €100 in Germany, €99.99 in Belgium, DKK800 in Denmark
Fusion Drive is €250 in Germany and Belgium, DKK2000 in Denmark

It looks like you can use the dollar values for the euro BTO options for Germany and Belgium. Some work with a calculator for the Danish prices. :)

I've crudely approximated the UK cost using a £1699/$1999 ratio for the top 27".

So as a very rough guess...and apologies for any mathematical errors.

Top 27" = £1699

16GB RAM = £170
32GB RAM = £510

i7 CPU = £170
GTX 680MX = £130

1TB Fusion = £210
3TB Fusion = £340
768GB SSD = £1100 (sounds rather a lot ?)

I had an earlier guess a while back using the minis/macbook upgrades and came out somewhat lower than this...so perhaps a bit of high estimate. The SSD is the whopper, where any error is potentially magnified.

Allright, looks like every estimate goes towards 2700 euro. Plus 180 euro for Applecare...

Better brace myself for a whopping 2800 euro then!

27inch + fusion drive + 680mx + student discount seems to be €2300 in Netherlands (1954 + 236 + 130??). That's included tax. Not too bad considering how expensive stuff in EU are.

To be honest I would never bothered with the 680MX, but $(or €)150 for a upgrade from 675M to 680MX was really surprising for me. I thought we would need to pay 300 or something.

Denmark Prices! :)

I have here

In the apple "way" 100 dollars is worth 800 dkk (inclusive taxes) (I real life 100 dollars = 580 kr) But thats how apple does it!

I get the BTO 27" to 20800 kr
16000 for high end imac
+ 2000 for fusion 1tb
+ 1200 for 680 mx
+ 1600 for i7
= 20800
