When I'm in landscape mode, I cannot get either iPad I have (2 and third generation) to swipe between apps. In portrait mode, all is fine. Is this normal? I noticed this a long time ago but finally it was irritating enough for me to ask.

Thanks!

Maybe my fingers are defective. LOL I used all four and got it to switch 2 out of 4 tries just now on my iPad 2.

Must be a PICNIC situation. (Problem In Chair Not In Computer.)

Are your fingers particularly dry and/or callused? This can cause a problem with the capacitive screens.
