Windows not keeping size after quitting

Hey everyone, my safari, sparrow and mac store windows have this size I set so I can see other stuff on my screen when I'm using them, but after I quit any of those apps and reopen them later, the window size is all huge and awkward.

My solution right now is to manually resize them time after time but it's getting extremely annoying. Any ideas on how to solve this?
