MR Articles as XML

Is there a simple way to get all MR articles as an XML rather than parsing HTML? I know that the RSS feed can be converted to XML with a flag at the end of the URL, but it only has a handful of articles on there. What I'm using it for is an app, that I'll probably keep to myself for now. It isn't 100% needed, it's just that XML tends to change less than HTML does, and in general parsing HTML is bad practice, so...
