Need help with dock!

I have been messign around with the icons and dock appearance using candy bar for the last few days and i just got tired of it and so i reverted everyting back to normal. but then i started realizing that the dock was sort of off center to the left and when you try to shrink it it goes down to the left. any ideas for fixing this?

Don't shrink it, add another icon. Looks like at the larger size, that will fill the Dock. When full, it appears that it centers the icons. It doesn't. They're left justified.
