noisy fusion drive
I've been noticing that the hdd read/write head portion of my fusion drive on my Mac mini (late 2012) chattering like crazy, almost never stopping.
I know that there's a lot of swapping between the ssd and hdd portions of the fusion drive, but has anyone else noticed this? |

Thanks
And yes, it's an OEM fusion drive, beating the living daylights out of its read/write head; I'd rather not trust my data to this situation I'm having with my HDD.

When hard drives make lots of noise, its not a good sign. Back up as soon as you can and call apple to get it replaced.
