Hi, i am a high school student and want to work at apple retail. I have no experience but i have a very extensive knowledge with apple products. I own several apple products and help family and friends when they require help. I dont know what to write for my cover letter and resume. i find myself best as a specialist. even once i had to correct a specialist

Well first off, if you're serious about acquiring a job at apple in no way shape or form give them the impression that you are a fanboy. They absolutely hate hiring people that are so beyond enthralled with their devices. Secondly I wouldn't tell your interviewer that you correct their employees. Makes you sound overly confident and borderline self obsessed (its also a slap in their face). Lastly for specialists positions they are looking for high quality sales people. I wont say that you wont get hired with no experience, but there are a lot of experienced people looking for work in the field and Apple is the most valuable company in the world right now. The likelihood of you being hired into their bread and butter position is slim.

I would suggest that if you require the help of an internet forum to apply for a job, then perhaps this position is not for you.

Basing your application on telling current staff theyre wrong wont get you far anyway.
