multi point routing solution

I am looking for a multi point routing solution where I can use Google Maps, but it seems google.com/maps only allows 26 stops at once, and I need to be able to enter up to 200 stops…I need it to arrange the 200 stops in the most efficient order, and then I can use google maps app on my iphone to navigate. is there a way to star businesses in google places and somehow create a route out of that? Please let me know if you know of any solutions or know of a better solution.
