Exchange engraved Red iPod touch 5g

I have the product red 32gb iPod touch 5g and I was wondering if there was a way to exchange it for one not engraved? Or if I break my screen will they replace my iPod/screen?

Yes there is. If you break or crack your screen, you would have a repair fee from $100-$200 max. If you find a software or hardware problem, then go to the Apple Store to get it replaced with a non-engraved one.

Kinda begs the question . . . why'd you have it engraved in the first place?

usually if something happens to it under warranty or if you pay for a repair, the apple store will just replace with a refurb model if you are willing to accept that.
