Outlook for Mac 2011 - Help with archiving / mailbox maintenance tips!!
Hey folks,
So Outlook for Mac doesn't have an auto-archive feature like I used to use on a Windows PC where it would create personal folders and archive mail locally on my harddrive, vs. on the server. Do you guys have Tips or Advice on how best to keep my Outlook on Mac from becoming bloated and sluggish? It seems switching between email and calendar is taking longer these days. And I know my email folders are growing... Trying to nip it in the bud before it becomes a bigger problem. TIA.

You might want to look at this third party product that will schedule it for you. You can try the demo. $25.00 to purchase.
Outlook Exchange Accounts Optimizer ensures your Exchange mailbox never gets full. This utility automatically moves old mail from your Outlook Exchange account to a replicated structure within Outlook. http://www.softhing.com/home.html |

Actually there is a free alternative which is better featured. It can archive mail and calendar items as well as exclude certain folders etc You can read more and download here http://blog.7thdomain.com/2012/09/03...look-mac-2011/ |
