Garageband: can you make an 80min mix/compliation with it?

Hello everybody. I'd like to take an ipad on vacation and make a mix of about 16-20 tracks with it. i'd like to be able to choose the music from the ipad (the one that is in the library then), make transitions, set volumes on the different tracks, change the speed of the different tracks and set effects like reverb etc. can i do that and then export the finished mix as mp3 or something?

havent used garageband that much, only twice on a mac. ipad will be a second generation.
