I left Sprint in 2007 to come to AT&T for the first iPhone and have never regretted it. I did try a 4S on Verizon for a year and finally had enough and cancelled my service a few weeks ago. I kept my AT&T line open all this time as well because I had to have a phone that I could actually make calls on from home and use data if I needed. I never got data on Verizon while at home and the amount of calls I dropped were ridiculous.
AT&T has always been great for me.
The phone I had back in 2007 on Sprint was a Treo 650. I could leave that phone on loading a webpage for 30 minutes and come back and it still wasn't fully loaded.
