Newsstand not automatically downloading

I've done a search but couldn't find anything on this...

For a while now, Newsstand on both my iPad and iPhone has stopped automatically downloading new issues. When I open a magazine that should have downloaded, it instantly starts downloading.

A few people have reported this problem on the Apple forums:

I have enabled automatic content downloads from Settings > Store

Anyone else have this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Some Apps do and some Apps don't.

Depends on the app.
