iphone occurred in the water and the problem now when press the power button does not function, but when connect USB port enter recovery mode and when take off the device turns off .

More clearly

Device does not feel only in cable .

What is the solution?

Solution, bring it to Apple and get a replacement.
Electronics and water dont play well together.

Doesn't matter where you are, it's water damaged and needs repair. Most likely parts replacement.

That's the reason you should have been a 100 times more carefull with your iphone since you have no apple store in your country at all.

You can try a third party repair, but not sure if it will work. Sorry about your misfortune with your iPhone.

You can also try this:
1. Put the iPhone in a very tightly sealed plastic bag filled with rice. (If you have access to Kitty Litter, this will also work and sometimes, works better)
2. Make sure you remove as much of the air as possible from the bag and that the bag is very tightly sealed.
3. Let the phone sit in the bag with the rice for at least a week. This will allow the rice to absorb as much of the water and moisture as possible.
4. After a week, connect the phone to a power source and try turning it on.
You have nothing to lose by trying this. Depending upon the level of damage, it "may" work. I did it with one of my phones a few years back and had success.
