hi, when i try to restore my iphone 5 from icloud backup, it asks me to log into both xxxx@gmail.com and xxxx@hotmail.com. I changed my AppleID a few months ago to xxxx@gmail.com FROM xxxx@hotmail.com, and even though my most recent backup was yesterday, it appears that there are photos and apps that are stored under xxxx@hotmail.com. For example, when restoring the camera roll, it downloads 165 out of 242 photos after logging in as xxxx@gmail.com, but it stalls at 165 out of 242 until I log in as xxxx@hotmail.com. The only way for me to get the apps and the remainder of the photos is to change my Apple ID back to xxxx@hotmail.com and log into iCloud to restore. Does anyone know wtf is going on? Why are certain parts of my backup stored under my old iCloud email?
