Hey guys,
I'll be traveling to Punta Cana for a vacation next week. Unfortunately the Hotel i'll be staying at offers Hard Wired internet but no wifi (except in the lobby). Some of the reviews I read claimed that the best decision would be to take a router over so you could make a wireless network.
Not very familiar with routers and what not so I figured I might as well as Macrumors on what the most cheapest and efficient router would be. I have fios at home but im guessing taking the fios router won't cut it.
Also, i was curious on whether or not the routers come with a premade pw. Just asking because I won't have a computer on me and at the same time I don't want the next door guests stealing my connection so I was hoping that the routers would also come set up with a pw.
Abridged version:
looking for a router thats cheap and efficient. All i want to do is plug it into the wall, put in the ethernet cord and be up and running. No messy set up.
