I purchased my iPod a little over two years ago. In the last week, anytime I've put my iTunes library on my iPod (fully charged), and ejected it, I get a message on the iPod that I have no music, artists, playlists, etc. I've called Apple support, tried troubleshooting, and talked to numerous reps that only offer to charge me $19.99 plus tax to help fix this. I'm hoping it's not the battery or hard drive because I really don't want to pay for a whole new iPod. Any help would be appreciated.
