App For doing diagrams with handwriting font

I need an app for doing simple diagrams and annotating them, my handwriting is really bad after nearly 30 years using keyboards so a major feature would be for it to have a handwring font included.

Any Ideas??

I went with notability if anyone ever needs a tool to do the same...works great
