I don't like it. All the good restaurants are always fully booked when I just want to take my girl out incidentally, it's pathetic.

Not to be insulting.

Ah, I'm sure you thought of this yourself.

No offense...

Um...possibly try booking your reservations further in advance????

Just an idea...

Don't be sad, I'm rather fond of you. Enough that I'd even do the whipping for you. I do so love your erudite dissertations.

Your kindness is noted. It just gives me a warm feeling inside knowing that there are folks out there who care about me so much they are willing to whip me for my sins.

It reduces that feeling of existential aloneness...

I almost cried reading this. Glad Valentines Day is past already.

And those beautiful flowers you see beside this post? They weren't meant for you!

And I am so touched at the flowers.

Funny thread, but, to respond seriously...

No, not this time. And I only wrote a short note in the card. But, I have written longer messages, and, even for some of the shorter ones I teared up a bit. I've heard it said that a real man is one who captures the heart of a woman who loves him for all of her life. I think crying is allowed.

I await the sarcasm and wisecracks. It should be entertaining!

Must be an octave higher than you can hear.

Certainly sounds more appealing than the brown noise.

I sat and pondered a while thinking what in tarnation is a brown noise. Then suddenly realised that you must have been alluding to a fart.
