Cyberduck is not connecting to iPhone to SSH=[ help
Im trying to ssh into my iphone to delete some files that arent working right.
But Im using cyberduck, and ive put im pretty sure everything that im supposed to. server= my ip address of iphone port= 22 username= root password= alpine But when I try to connect it say," I/O Error: Connection Failed" I've read other forums on this and I don't know what else to do=[ Please help try to walk me through this. Also Any other things you might what to know is that my iPhone 3G is the 3.1.2. And no I do not have auto-lock on. Thanks. |

Disable ANY type of firewall or anything, turn it off and then reboot. It should work for you then.

same, firewall is not causing it
cyberduck is basically junk plenty of us are having the problem plenty of threads about with the same issues to connect i just keep hitting try again usually works after 50-100 times lol im yet to find someone who can explain it... |

Install Openssh from Cydia
Sorry my friend. Maybe is a ******** what i`m say but try to install from cydia "Openssh" and you have to choose "sftp".
