Hi there,

I'm working on a video project for school and I have ~20 minutes (1.03 GB) of interview footage in Quicktime format that I am trying to import into iMovie. I can successfully import it, but when I watch the video in iMovie the quality is severely degraded. Some frames turn completely green, the video bounces back and forth, and there is a blurry streak across the top of the frames.

I've included some screen shots as a reference.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Solved it. I exported the video through Quicktime in 1080p format to my desktop, then imported it to iMovie from there.
