Have they really been doing sim unlocks so cheaply for years? Seems to me mostly what was offered were software jailbreak unlocks. Just a year ago people were asking att forum members to sell their five unlocks allowance.

What is offered now is much simpler.

No, I haven't heard of them past the 3G or 3GS.

Been selling on ebay I got over 150+ sold! I'm pretty active here and on eBay

Permanent Unlocks and done within 1-6hrs 99% of the time. (1% = Me sleeping lol)

Might be worth checking out the link above. The service also works with the 4, 4s, 5, and a whole bunch of phones from other manufacturers.
