Exclamation Can't use PCSX because of "missing" Bios-file (?)

Hey, I don't know if there already is a thread about this, but I couldn't find it.

I've got PCSX but when I start it a message appears:
"Pscx wasn't able to locate any Playstation BIOS ROM files. This means that it will ruin in BIOS simulation mode which is less stable and compatible than using a real Playstation BIOS. If you have a BIOS available, please copy it to ~/Library/Application Support/Pscx/Bios/".

Problem is, when I open Finder, I can't see any Library folder.
When I used search I founded it and when I looked in the Application Support folder inside it there was no Pscx folder.

I then made one myself and made a Bios folder and I put the Bios file(.bin) in it.
Then I reopened PCSX but I still got the same message..

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I want to test a selfmade Ps-game on my Mac.

PS: If you can explain it in Dutch you're welcome, want ik ben Nederlands

Thanks anyway
