making my own family cookbook

Is there an application out there that I can use to make my own cookbook for the family for christmas? Has anybody used the sight lulu.com and if so how long does it take to get things back?

I know that I can type everything up and go to Staples and have then bound it for me but I would rather do it myself.

Any thoughts?

I think MacGourmet Deluxe will do the job. There are some other recipe/cookbook apps that may do the job as well, idk.
