Yesterday i upgarde ios 4.1 beta mistakenly now i cant downgrade my phone to ios 4.0.1 what to do....pls help

What phone are you running? did you have your SHSH saved on Cydia or did you use TinyUmbrella?

You bought a software unlock? Your making even more of an ass of yourself now. Did you save your SHSH's for 4.0/4.0.1?

as couple of people already told you, you are SOL, without the SHSH blobs for 4.0.1 there is nothing you can do.

Now, because I am really really curious, when you say "i buy software unlock" , what exactly do you mean? where did you buy it from? how much did you paid?

Isn't that what three people just answered? No, there is no way for you to downgrade to iOS 4.0.2, 4.0.1, 4.0, 3.1.3, 3.1.2 etc.

You'll have to wait for the final release of iOS 4.1 to update and use the device again.

If you do not have shsh blob saved for that phone, then you are out of luck until the actual 4.1 comes out and the dev-team release a new jailbreak for it whenever that'll be.. could be weeks.. could be months.. Also why did you buy the unlock? they made jailbreakme so easy that all you do is slide a bar to jailbreak and then install ultrasn0w to unlock? @@"

Guessing, he stupidly paid someone to install ultrasnow, free app, and unlock the phone.

Baseband 1.59 seems not to be updated. I have same baseband on 4.0 OS. Thus, ultrasnow should still work. What he needs is to JB. If he can downgrade to 4.0.1, he should be able to still unlock.

So you bought the phone already unlocked? You ONLY choice is to wait for 4.1 and hope a unlock comes quickly with it.

I hope this is just bad english and you did not paid $750 US for an Unlock....I hope that you mean that you paid $750 for an Unlock phone... Please..let this be the case!.. Otherwise..please contact me anytime you need your phone unlock I'll do it for much much less....let's say $200??

Doesn't mean that a BB upgrade isn't going to make it into final release.

Go download Tiny Umbrella, and run it and plug your phone in, then pray and hope that whoever you bought it from back up the shsh blob for you. If Tiny Umbrella say you don't have any shsh blobs save then its GG.. you're gonna have to wait and use it as an Ipod...

no,,,it was software unlock. cause factory unlock iphone 4 price is high

i will dl tiny Umbrella right way...will try (so far i remember i saw, cydia that i have SHSh files on server) what does it mean.

That's good sign. Means you maybe able to downgrade.

In Tinyumbrella:
1) Make sure you Iphone 4 is detected.
2) check "Advanced Options."
3) In new window, under "Device / Version," select Iphone 4 4.0.1
4) Click on "Save my SHSH." Pray it works and saves your SHSH hash.
5) Now, click on "Display SHSHs." If 4.0.1 is on list, you can downgrade to it and continue next step.

6) Click on "Start TSS Server."
7) Download firmware 4.0.1 firmware from some where (google). Run Itunes, restore with the file you just downloaded.
8) Should take sometime to restore. If iphone seems to get stuck, in Tinyumbrella, click "Kick Device out of Recovery."
9) Now, you will need to activate the phone through Itunes. Do you have an official sim card? If yes, continue to #10. If no, get one somehow otherwise you will be stuck at emergency call screen on iphone.
10) Go into "Cydia" app and search / install "ultrasnow" = unlock.

Personally I've never messed with the beta's but they do expire right? It's not like he can stay on it and there was a baseband upgrade in the first release (02.07.01) so color me confused.
