IPad won't play music or movies?

When I touch the Videos and iPod apps on my iPad, the screen for each comes up for 2 seconds, then goes straight back to the home screen. I've turned it off and on twice and reset it once. Any more suggestions?

Just askin (seen a lot of crazy stuff in my days), are you sure you are not trying to play Windows Media files....?

Naw..I have Zombies and some SouthPArks that were working before I did the last update..I dont know for how long the video or Ipod has not been working cuz I dont use either very often...Both just flash for a sec then goes back to the home screen...

Apparently its common after the last update on some of the IPADS
