Today Steve Jobs mentioned that more countries will be able to take more advantage of AppleTV soon.
Anyone have any idea which countries those might be?
Currently the following can rent movies, buy movies (iTunes), buy songs, buy music videos, buy TV shows. (According to this apple support page)
United States
Australia
Canada
France
Germany
Ireland
United Kingdom
I would assume Japan (the local industry is starting to grow) and the rest of Europe.
What is hindering AppleTV and for that matter iTunes from getting content beyond music in those European Countries? Copyright laws? I would think this rental model would change that.
