iPod Recovering songs from iPod with SharePod without it modifying file info?

When I imported songs from iPod with SharePod, it messed up the file info and modified the titles. Is it possible NOT to do that?
 
Please, I have to pay $10 to get in the SharePod Community. Is it possible to disable to tag editing, modifying info, etc?
