Changing key function?

I have a rev. a Tibook. the keyboard has an "enter" key where the later versions have an apple key. it's just to the right of the space bar.

is there any way to change the function of this enter key to act like an apple key?

i don't know what the answer to your question is...

..but i would like to know why apple includes the F1-F15 buttons if os x doesn't support programming them

lucklly for you there is a program out there, its called uControlPanel and is for osx, you can get it at http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=12106&db=mac
its main function is to remap the capslock to control but it also alows you to change the other keys
