iPod touch Blank "Top Tens" menu of iTunes in iPod touch 4g

The top tens menu of iTunes in iPod touch 4g is empty since I got it. I tried powering off, but it was the same. Should I try resetting?

I'm having the same issue on my iPhone 4. Everything else in iTunes is working great just the Top Tens is always blank. Gonna call apple next week when I have the time, in the mean time anyone has any suggestion(s)?

Mine seems to be showing the top tens now.

Yep, same here. It just started working last night on its own on all my devices (2 iPod touches and my iPhone 4). Must have been a glitch with the iTunes system/server.

Now the video preview doesn't seem to play. When I press play, it just pauses automatically even though the video is fully loaded. When I keep tapping play, it just pauses every 10th of a second.
