New iPhone4 won't send or receive text messages
I checked in settings and testing is turned on. Called ATT and they don't know why it can't send or receive texts. I did a search and couldn't find anything on this issue either.

Maybe try a restore.
Also call up again if still after a restore doest do texts. Tell them to trasfer you to the higher up tech support if they cant figure it out. |
