Pictures from Festival Of Lights-Matisyahu

Hey everyone, I was on tour for 5 shows with Matisyahu, tour managing the opening act. I did a ton of photography, and it was my first time using a DSLR.

Camera: Canon Rebel XSi
Most photos taken with ISO 1600, 1/20-1/35 at 4.0

Kosha Dillz (The opener) and Matisyahu

(one of my favorite shots)

Let me know what you guys think! I don't do any editing (yet) because I'm just a beginner and still trying to figure out if it's worth to pay for software.

You like the photos? I've been to (+/-) 27 Matisyahu shows. The last 10 or so I've been backstage. It's nice to know the crew and manager, and Matisyahu himself

I have a general Matisyahu All Access pass! Allows me access to any Matisyahu concert on any tour.

If your looking for photographic critique you might be better off in the Digital Photography section (under special interest).

Personally I like the 5th one best. I've had my DSLR for about 6 months, and I saw an instant improvement since I bought Lightroom 5. You can get it on a 30 day trial for free.

I didn't know that section existed. Thanks! I'll start a thread there!

And I am trying Lightroom 5, but it lags like crazy on my macbook. It's a late 2012 Macbook Pro...

That's great for a beginner! Lovely unedited shots. I also like some of his songs, mostly the earlier ones.

Might be worth doubling it up to 16gb.
