iPad kernel panics

Anyone else seeing a number of kernel panics on their iPad? For Mac owners, you can open Console.app, and in the log list go to Files - ~/Library/Logs - Crash Reporter - MobileDevice - (Name of iPad) - Panics.

I'm averaging one a day now, and this is after a hardware replacement earlier this month. I've reinstalled the OS via the iTunes Restore function, and continue to get them. The most recent happened a few minutes ago, when it was sitting on my desk, unused for a good 30 minutes and not plugged into anything. The two common panics I get are:

Code:
panic(cpu 0 caller 0xc044c103): "CDMA: client driver(s) left channel(s) 0x 1000 active when sleeping"@/SourceCache/AppleS5L8920X/AppleS5L8920X-227.1/AppleCDMA/AppleCDMA.cpp:293

I've never jailbroken the device, kept it up to date as 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 came out, and really can't think of a specific reason for so many panics.

I'm going to restore this iPad again, but not restore my backup. For the next few days, I'm going to use it pretty much stock without any 3rd party apps and see what happens. Though since it's not iOS 4, I'm not sure what a 3rd party app could do to cause a kernel panic when it's sitting on the home screen.

Not to Dig up a really old thread, but did your solution fix the problem? I'm having the same issue with my iPad 2? Just started a few weeks ago and I've ha the device since last April. Not sure what the issue is or could be ...
