Can't connect iphone 4 to computer, I get blue screen

Trying to transfer new songs onto iphone 4, but when I connect it to computer I get the blue screen of death.

I've tried un-installing my itunes and re installing it, but that didn't work. Any solutions??
 
Something is not right with your computer.
Could be many things from viruses, bad drivers, hardware or software conflicts etc...
