I got my iPod touch on Friday at target. When I opened it and played around alittle and noticed that the volume button move around and are kind of loose. The sleep wake button does not move around. It's loose enough that when I'm recording video and turn quick enough it will rattle.

Yep. I've got it too.
When I move mine, I can try and cover up some light leaks but there's still one or two spots. |

Previous gen iPod touches, apple welded all the buttons in place. This gen, apple SuperGlued the buttons in place. Maybe return it.
