How To Downgrade to 3.1.2

can anyone help me downgrade my ipod touch 2g. every time i downgrade it gives me error 3194... plz help. thx

Why did you upgrade then? Just curious. If you jailbroke on 3.1.2 3.1.3 or any os and saved your blobs you can downgrade. If not there's a few ways of dong it that I have never had success with but others have. Mroogle or google it.

i didnt kno about shsh blobs back when i was on 3.1.2... i upgraded to 4.0 and then i found out about it. then i upgrade to 4.1 and jailbroke. but i can still downgrade to 4.0... why is that i can downgrade to 4.0 but not 3.1.2?????

You said you jailbroke on 4.1 umm is that possible? But you can't go back to 3.1.2 because you didn't save your blobs even though cydia does it automatically. But why do you want 3.1.2? You could always try 3.1.3 but I doubt itll work.

i want to do the same thing as jw23. I'm currently using 4.1 but i want to downgrade to 4.0 or lower. Is there anyway i can do this?
I have not jailbroken my ipod btw
