I thought 4.1 is not breakable yet ?

Did you read the guide?

3GS with old bootrom needs to be already pwned JB. If your JB is from Spirit or Jailbreakme.com, you need to install Spirit2pwn = pwned JB.

3GS with new bootrom needs to be running 3.1.2 firmware.

Thus, answer is NO. This does not JB 3GS currently running official 4.1 firmware. And, Snowbreeze is a hack job of pwnagetool and I don't recommend people using it, but if you must, make sure you have SHSH hashes saved in case something goes wrong.
