RAM upgrade for Powerbook G4 17in

Hello all,
I am looking to add a 1GB RAM chip to my powerbook. I have been looking at optival RAM on eBay - is this any good - anyone had experience with this make?

Does anyone have any good recommendations for good RAM at a good price. I am based in the UK.
